Our approach

Nutrition content with sources and clear limits.

NutriLife’s product team writes these guides to explain tracking tools and nutrition concepts. We are not a medical publisher. No clinical review or medical credential is claimed for these articles.

By NutriLife Editorial · Published . Product-team content; no clinical review claimed. Editorial standards.

Who writes and reviews the content

Articles identify NutriLife Editorial as the product-team author. Product descriptions are checked against implemented workflows. The byline does not imply an independent reviewer or a registered dietitian. If a qualified reviewer reviews a future article, that article should name the reviewer, qualifications and review date with their consent.

Sources and evidence

Nutrition statements should link to institutional guidance, original studies or systematic reviews. We distinguish a worked arithmetic example from a dietary recommendation, and an equation estimate from a measured value. A study of another tool does not establish NutriLife’s accuracy. We do not invent ratings, clinical results or testimonials.

Dates and corrections

Publication dates identify first publication. Updated dates change when content or its factual basis changes, not on every build. If you find an error, contact support with the page URL and the statement in question. We assess the source and correct the content and update date when appropriate.

Calculator transparency

The TDEE calculator names its equation, units, coefficient choices, activity assumptions, input limits and original study. It runs locally and does not store or transmit body measurements. It supplies no medical recommendation or automatic change to application goals.

Commercial relationship and health scope

NutriLife sells the product linked from these guides. Product links are invitations to try it, not independent endorsements. Educational content and AI meal estimates cannot diagnose or treat a condition. Ask a qualified professional about individual nutrition needs. Tracking may be inappropriate in eating-disorder care or when it causes distress.
